Our Banana Walnut is a light, fluffy and moist cake that is coated with thin layer of our delicious swiss meringue buttercream. Within each layer we've included banana slices and crushed walnuts that gives texture and personality to this flavour.

Available in the following sizes:
4", approx. 0.5 kg, for 4-6 pax
6", approx. 1 kg, for 8-10 pax
8", approx. 1.5 kg, for 10-15 pax
10", approx. 2.5 kg, for 15-25 pax

REFRIGERATION & MISC.

Do note that the cake should be placed in the fridge or an air-conditioned room to ensure freshness. The cake can last 2-3 hours in a chilled room, and should be taken out an hour prior to cake cutting to ensure a soft cake.

The cake should be consumed within 4-5 days from day baked.
