Our Earl Grey Lavender cake is freshly baked with our very own homemade Earl Grey Lavender milk. This three layered cake is satisfyingly dense and rich, and is frosted with our homemade Earl Grey Lavender swiss meringue buttercream recipe.

4", approx. 0.5 kg, for 4-6 pax
6", approx. 1 kg, for 8-10 pax
8", approx. 1.5 kg, for 10-15 pax
10", approx. 2.5 kg, for 15-25 pax
REFRIGERATION & MISC.
Do note that the cake should be placed in the fridge or an air-conditioned room to ensure freshness. The cake can last 2-3 hours in a chilled room, and should be taken out an hour prior to cake cutting to ensure a soft cake.
The cake should be consumed within 4-5 days from day baked.
