Our Yam ("Orh Nee") is truly one of our more traditional flavours, taking flavour profiles back to nostalgia. This three-layered cake is filled with dollops of homemade yam paste and topped with coconut shavings for that added crunch and texture, and is frosted with our homemade swiss meringue buttercream.

Available in the following sizes:
4", approx. 0.5 kg, for 4-6 pax
6", approx. 1 kg, for 8-10 pax
8", approx. 1.5 kg, for 10-15 pax
10", approx. 2.5 kg, for 15-25 pax 

REFRIGERATION & MISC.

Do note that the cake should be placed in the fridge or an air-conditioned room to ensure freshness. The cake can last 2-3 hours in a chilled room, and should be taken out an hour prior to cake cutting to ensure a soft cake. 

The cake should be consumed within 4-5 days from day baked.
