Our Lychee Rose is dense yet moist, and very well balanced with both lychee and rose flavours. This three-layered cake contains lychee bits within each layer and is frosted with our homemade Rose swiss meringue buttercream.
Available in the following sizes:
4", approx. 0.5 kg, for 4-6 pax
6", approx. 1 kg, for 8-10 pax
8", approx. 1.5 kg, for 10-15 pax
10", approx. 2.5 kg, for 15-25 pax
REFRIGERATION & MISC.
Do note that the cake should be placed in the fridge or an air-conditioned room to ensure freshness. The cake can last 2-3 hours in a chilled room, and should be taken out an hour prior to cake cutting to ensure a soft cake.
The cake should be consumed within 4-5 days from day baked.
